Payment

Payment will normally be required prior to shipment unless credit facilities have been agreed and established. Credit facilities will be the exception and only granted to regular customers buying in reasonable volume and after full credit worthiness checks. Payment terms to customers granted credit will be 30 days payment from date of invoice after which Liftlash Limited reserves the right to charge interest on outstanding accounts at Bank Base rate plus a maximum of 8% interest. Payment of interest charges will not replace the legal position of the debt being overdue for payment. Liftlash Limited will take all necessary steps to recover unpaid accounts and charges.

Retention of Title to goods supplied

Legal title to any goods shall not pass to a buyer unless the seller (Liftlash Limited) has been paid in full. All goods delivered by the company will remain the company’s property until all debts owed to the company by the buyer, including any balance existing, are settled.
