Orders received by 2PM are dispatched the same day.
All shipments to the UK are next working day delivery (except Northern Ireland which is 2 working days & Royal Mail Tracked 48 for orders up to 2kg which is 2 working days). Items despatched on a Friday will be delivered on the Monday, excluding Bank holidays.
All orders are shipped using Parcel Force. Orders up to 2kg that contain smaller items are given the option for Royal Mail Tracked 48. Orders containing an oversized item are shipped by DX (Oversized items: Lifting Bars, Long Mounty Pole)
Orders can be collected from Liftlash free of charge. Select “Collect from Liftlash (Eastbourne)” at checkout. Our address is: Liftlash Ltd, 22a Hawthorn Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex, BN23 6QA. Orders will be ready to collect 3 hours after placing your order during our business hours. Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm.
The cost of any return shipment of products to Liftlash Limited will be the responsibility of the sender.
Delivery charges will be as calculated in the shopping cart. An order cannot be placed unless the delivery arrangements and costs box has been ticked showing that they have been understood and agreed.
